The product arrived leaking or damaged
The product packaging was tampered with or wrong packing.
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@himalayafuel.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order is eligible for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method once approved.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–6 business days through Canada Post or a trusted courier.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or text.
We offer free shipping on select promotions or as stated during checkout.
